Round Gelli Plate Fun 4

If you have two plates then have them both going at the same time and roll the excess paint from your brayer on to the other plate - it will dry but that doesn't matter nor does several layers of paint - end with a wet layer of paint and the print will pick up most of the other layers too.

I love to use scrunched up paper to create texture on the plate and a member of the Gelatin Printing Enthusiasts Group said they look like cells under the microscope or a petri dish.

Microscopic Cells Series....

My round gelli plate has a cut in it and I'm not sure how it got there. :(

PS  Do you love creating gelli prints?  Want a place to discuss gelli printing?  To show off your work?  Share your ideas? Discuss the pros and cons of different paints/paper/plates/tools etc?  Get some great ideas on what to do with the thousands of prints you have created?

Then I would love you to join me at the Gelatin Printing Enthusiasts Facebook Group.
