Behind Blue Eyes Mixed Media 30cm x 40cm
Though I have used watercolour pencils before this is my first attempt with these crayons. It was a lot of fun and a great learning experiences and I look forward to creating another girlie and improving heaps esp the hair.....
So what's new with you?
Michelle love the blue eyes and skin tone of your girl, the Caran d'Ache watersoluble crayons look like fun to work with, I haven't ordered mine yet but now you have inspired me. Did you order yours in a set or individually? I haven't ordered through Dick Blick before is it best to order a large order to make the postage worthwhile to Australia? I have been researching where to buy my art supplies before I place any orders. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHi Jane, I got my crayons online through www.theartshop.com.au
ReplyDeleteNice, Michelle!! I love the way the painting came out. Sorry about your friend :(
ReplyDeleteOMG! I can’t believe that’s the first picture you made in that medium, and it came out so beautifully! What a special place this should have in your heart! And being inspired by a friend is the best, even if it was a horrid thing that happened to her. I love it!
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful painting :]
Have fun playing...
