I have made lots of truth cards from my
gelli prints for the
Brave Girls Club to send out to people around the world - to women's refuges, to victims of natural disasters and human trafficking. Why? Well, read them and tell me how they make you feel?
Not only were they great fun to make but they were very uplifting as well - imagine saying all these encouraging words over and over again which is what happens when you create them.
If you would like to make some to send to the
Brave Girls Club, or for yourself, a teenage girl in your life or a friend who might need them then you will find the instructions
here.
I used some left over pieces of
gelli prints, rolled some paint onto the back of them, added some stamps and some sticker borders too. They are finished for now but I may get out my paints and add a bit more detail to them.
This is also a great activity to do with your teenage daughter.....
Do you have a favourite one? I do. ;D
ETA: Do you love creating gelli prints? Want a place to discuss gelli
printing? To show off your work? Share your ideas? Discuss the pros
and cons of different paints/paper/plates/tools etc? Get some great
ideas on what to do with the thousands of prints you have created?
Then I would love you to join me at the
Gelatin Printing Enthusiasts Facebook Group. This group is open to people who use a
Gelli Arts Plate or who make their own gelatin plate.
