BlogtoberFest 2014 - Day One -Welcome
Welcome to BlogtoberFest 2014 and thank you so much for joining in the challenge of blogging every day for a whole month. If you are worried about being able to blog for the whole month well, so am I. Life can be very busy and computers can be difficult and make things take too long so for days when you have little time then just add a photo or your favourite quote. There are other suggestions on the BlogtoberFest 2014 page and I will try to pop round and visit your blogs during the month.
Many thanks to {tinniegirl} who originated BlogtoberFest back in 2008 for allowing me to host again this year. I joined in in 2011 and 2013 and enjoy the once a year challenge and would be disappointed if it disappeared so it's great to be a part of what keeps it going.

For those who don't know me - I live in Perth, Western Australia on several acres of bush. I'm addicted to gelli plate printing and to using them in my art. I also do acrylic and mixed media painting and like to do mixed media girly art as well. A few months ago I moved into my son's room as he left home so I have some space to myself - yay!
I start a new online course today so I'm off to watch some videos and will talk to you tomorrow....bye!

DeleteThank you for hosting once again - though it does take time and planning, I do enjoy the challenge of blogging every day (and at the end of the month I am always relieved that it is just once a year LOL!!). I have managed to recruit two newbies to Blogtoberfest.

DeleteHi Michelle! Nice to meet you. I had a year off last year so haven't joined in since you started hosting. My niece left for a year in Australia, in June. She is based near Perth and it's a joy to see her photos appearing on Instagram. Looking forward to visiting again.
